- Volume:Less than 3297 Corrugated Roof Tiles of Galvanized Steel, 12639 ¼-inch diameter chrome-plated steel hook and 2364 Galvanized steel “C” profiles Technical Requirements: Corrugated Roof Tiles of Galvanized Steel Sheets for use as architectural roofing: Made of cold rolled and HDG galvanized steel, according to ASTM A 653/653M CS Grade B, with G90 Galvanizing (2 faces, 275g/m2) Dimensions: length 3.6 meters, useful width 1.10 meters, minimum thickness including the coating 0.40 to 0.55 mm. ¼-inch diameter chrome-plated steel hook, 12 inches long, threaded, with a nut, metal washer, and waterproof neoprene washer each, for fastening the sheet (item 1) to the roof mounting structure. Galvanized steel “C” profiles, cold-rolled and HDG galvanized structural steel, to serve as a support for the steel tile roof (item 1), according to ASTM A 653/653M SS33 standard with G60 galvanization ( Z180) 2-sided minimum.
