This acquisition will result in a firm-fixed price (FFP) requirements, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite, Quantity (IDIQ) contract for delivery of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB), Cuba in support of a natural gas-powered combined cycle power plant (CCPP).
Amendment 0001 posted on 11/21/2025. Amendment includes extenstion to proposal due date from 12/8/2025 to 12/16/2025, responses to pre-bid proposal inquires, addition of attachment 10 (SF1449), and revised RFP.
